XIII Clan

Hey guys.

Just want to let you know that I'm the map tester from the CnR server and as you know we need some good race- and mabye also some DD-CnR maps. So I apply to you to make us some nice maps for our "new" server.

Ruby also made an upload section just for the CnR maps (you can find this section up there in "XIII clan").

Now some imoportant things for CnR maps:

Would be nice if you could use the old map editor from MTA race
Pls dont set all police spawn first and then the robber spawn. switch between the spawnpoints like this (start with the cop spawn pls).
For race maps do it like this:
cop spawn... robber spawn... cop spawn... cop spawn... robber spawn... cop spawn... cop spawn... robber spawn... cop spawn... cop spawn... robber spawn...
The reason for that is, that the players spawn in the series as you set the spawnpoints and to make it a bit more fair for the cops, they should be the always twice more then the robbers.
For example: When there are 8 robbers, then there have to be 16 cops... or 2 robbers and 4 cops... I think you got it
For DD maps do it like this:
cop spawn... robber spawn...cop spawn... robber spawn...cop spawn... robber spawn...cop spawn... robber spawn...cop spawn... robber spawn...
Pls dont set vehicle pickups under the spawnpoints. Set the spawns like I said before, save the map and then go to you're map folder in your mta race recourse (C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\maps) then open your map with (for example) WordPad. Now you can change the vehicle IDs of the spawn cars (you can see the vehicle IDs here).
Example:

   <vehicle>597</vehicle>
  </spawnpoint>

(597 = police car from SF)
if you wanna change this spawncar now, then just edit the ID to (example) 601, that means that you have a S.W.A.T. car at this spawnpoint.
Take care that you add fair cars. Not that you add as spawnvehicle for robbers an Infernus and for the cops an Enforcer for example.
In race maps you have to add the first checkpoint at a place where just the robbers are able to reach the checkpoint.
Respawns are not allowed.
Dont make that map to long

Btw, I try to test the uploaded maps once a week and also to upload the accepted maps to the server then. (Next week I'm not able to play, so dont blame me then

Edit: Please start with the Cop spawns. Because else people can just join, and set records without problems. So always Cop first!
